How do I find the right size?
Triple20® dartsshoes run true to size and have a “normal” fit. However: When your point of reference is the size that you’d usually wear in sports shoes or sneakers, most likely you will have to go down a size. Are triple20® dartsshoes for professionals and ambitious players only?

Are triple20® dartsshoes also available in sizes 49 & 50?
We are very happy to be able to meet your wish for an expansion of our sizes: Starting now, our darts shoes are available from size 38 to size 50, so we expanded our range with sizes 38-40 as well as 49-50.
Does triple20® dartsshoes carry a line for women?
triple20® dartsshoes are now available from size 38. As our shoes are based on a men's last, as a woman you may have a little more room than usual. If you're not sure whether our shoes are suitable for you, feel free to reach out.
Full leather vs. leather/mesh – what’s the difference?
The two versions of triple20® dartsshoes differ only in style not in function. Our full leather model looks a bit more ‘polished’ and elegant whereas the leather/mesh alternative sports a casual touch due to its textile components. Ultimately, it is a matter of individual taste.
Are triple20® dartsshoes durable?
Yes. Our shoes are well made and consist of high-quality materials. With a little bit of care and the occasional airing you should be able to enjoy triple20® dartsshoes just as long as you would enjoy a similar pair of leisure shoes. Also, our uniquely developed thermoplastic rubber outsole is particularly resistant to wear.
Can I return my purchase?

Can I still change the delivery address after ordering?
Should you want to change the delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible. When your package hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can adjust your address. How do I care for my (triple20®) shoes?
Any shoe looks better longer when cared for properly and on a regular basis. To make this as easy as possible, we offer suitable care products from Bama for your convenience.
How soon will I receive a refund?
As soon as we’ve received and examined the goods that you sent back, we will initiate a return payment. Generally, the refund should be in your bank account within just a few days (it depends on the original payment method).
