SHIPPING RATES, DELIVERY TIMES AND RETURNS
To lower your stress level before and around Christmas, we are offering an extended return deadline until January 6, 2025 for all purchases made after November 19, 2024.
SHIPPING RATES
We will ship worldwide and carbon neutral with DHL GoGreen. Within Germany, for orders over 50,00 € the delivery is free of charge. Below this amount, the shipping costs for socks and care products are 2,95 €, for all other products 4,95 €. Outside of Germany, shipping costs are as follows:
EU – 13,50 €
UK* – 19,00 €
*From now on, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price for all deliveries to the UK.
Rest of Europe – 19,00 €
Rest of the world – 35,00 € - 45,00 €
Please note: Delivery to Non-EU countries may be subject to custom duties or taxes in the recipient country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will be sent out within 1-2 days. Depending on the destination you can expect the following delivery times:
Germany – approx. 2-3 working days
All of Europe – approx. 4-10 working days (Please note: Due to the current situation, no liability is assumed for shipments to Ukraine.)
Rest of the world – approx. 7-14 working days

RETURNS
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you intend to do so, please inform us by email or click here. Subsequent to your announcement, kindly send the goods unused, unaltered and well packaged (PLEASE NOTE: The shoe box is part of the product and must also be in its original condition, the use of the shoe box as a shipping box is therefore not permitted) to our warehouse address:

The shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. While you are free to select the forwarder, the shipment has to have insurance for security on both sides. After we have received and examined the returned goods, we will issue a refund consisting of the purchase price and the initial shipment costs (when the original shipment was free of charge, this part of the reimbursement is inapplicable) to the original payment method unless we have agreed otherwise.
Please note: You are not required to give any reasons for your return. However, we highly appreciate this valuable information. Also, we kindly ask you not to order one style in more than one size to try at home as this predetermines returns. Instead, please take a look at our sizing guide here.
